The handiwork is stunning, and somehow even more beautiful in person. Each sequin and beading was stitched with utmost care. Now for the customer service and customisation: House of Panchhi has won a loyal customer for life. The customization was impeccable, with the lehenga stitched based on exact measurements and blouse pattern that were sent. All of this was possible thanks to the phenomenal customer service. The WhatsApp communication provided amazingly quick replies, honest communication regarding measurements/patterns/delivery timings, and above all, a dedication to making the customer happy. I could not recommend this brand (and this lehenga) more.
