• Oversee fabric selection, embroidery, and detailing to maintain high-quality standards. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, patterns, and consumer preferences. 
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to bring designs to life. 
• Conduct market research to understand evolving customer demands. 

✔ 5+ years of experience in the women’s ethnic fashion industry.

✔ Strong expertise in patterns, embroidery, and fabric selection.

✔ Ability to translate creative ideas into commercially viable designs.

✔ Strong knowledge of ethnic wear trends, especially in the Delhi & Mumbai markets (preferred).

✔ Proficiency in fashion design software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
