    1. We make our best efforts to give you the best possible fit but at times it takes multiple trials and corrections to get the best possible fit even when you get the products stitched locally. We request you to please provide as much precise stitching sizes as possible for us. Costs for stitching will vary between different Collections and will be clearly indicated at the point of order.
    2. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements and, therefore, it is imperative that accurate measurements are provided
    3. Stitched garments can take between 4 to 5 days extra for stitching depending on the availability of our in house tailors. If a garment is required urgently this may be arranged upon request, subject to availability of tailors.
    4. The timescale for delivery will only commence once we are in receipt of the completed stitching details.
    5. We are except only prepaid order for stitching. For stitching product don’t have return, refund and replacement policy applicable.
    6. Changing the pattern, design or style is not possible with all case. If it's not possible then we will follow the actual item design
    7. If item is not possible to stitch with your given size then we will contact you with the alternate options.
    8. If extra material required fulfilling the extra requirement then customer need to pay for the fabric cost.

    Sizing & Fit

    We want everything at House of panchhi to fit you just perfect! Please find the measurement guide below to choose the size that is closest to you.

    Our blouse sizes are tailored as per bust measurements. Please choose the bust measurement closest to yours. We provide ample margins (upto 4 inches) which can easily be adjusted at the side seams for desired fit.

    Shipping inside India is free of cost, We use reputed couriers Delhivery to ship the products that are completely insured and reliable. If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, we would have all the products shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order is ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us with your order tracking number, We shall do the needful. Generally for Cash On Delivery orders, the couriers call you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

    We have a Liberal Returns Policy

    • Any complaint with regards to damage, fit / size, different product should be reported by filing the Feedback Reporting Form or by calling at +91-8469158553 within 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. It is mandatory to upload the digital picture of the garments highlighting the problem area and the original tags
    • You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags in the same package within 7 days. Returns reported beyond 7 days are not eligible.
    • Products reported for returns will be verified using the images uploaded by the customer in the form along with the original tag image.
    • Returns are accepted upon successful submission of the Form, available under our returns policy page, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
    • We recommend you to use your respective local postal services with tracking details only, in order to return. Only in case of an error from HousofPanchhi, share the return shipping receipt to get the return charges reimbursed.
    • It’s mandatory to report the issue within 48 hrs to the Customer Care team ( by uploading the images/pictures of the product you wish to return showing clearly the problem area and the Presence of original tags which is must in the Form.
    • Orders for fabrics are not eligible for returns as per our returns policy, since fabrics are cut based on the customers request and hence cannot be returned unless a different fabric or a damaged fabric was sent.

     Steps to Return

    Step 1: (Mandatory) : Fill the self explanatory Feedback Reporting Form to initiate the returns within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products.

    Step 2: Select the reason for the return along with product images with tags. Ensure that the images of the problem areas because of which you wish to return are also attached.

    Step 3: Our feedback expert will review the submitted feedback reporting form and revert within 48 hrs with the most viable solution!

    • Returns reported & initiated post 7 days from the day of delivery of the product will not be eligible for returns.
    • Customers are requested to attach the product images in the right manner while uploading in the Returns authorization form according to the reason selected for the return

    Refund on Returns

    • At any point of time, refunds will not exceed the actual value of the product cost.
    • For orders placed using Bank Transfer as a method of payment, refunds will be issued only as Gift Vouchers in full, without any deductions.
    • Upon identifying that the products were returned for the following reasons -
      • Did not like it
    • Refund on returns from Canada & Europe will not include the custom charges which were initially paid by Panchhi Fashion at the time of delivering the product, as the duties paid were to the local government.
